This 80-sq.ft structure is a single room accommodation. On the surface, it looks like the typical Swedish house with its familiar red paint but go down the ladder and you will get inside the bedroom which is 10 feet underwater. The bedroom has two single beds, a lamp and a table. The upper level serves as the main living quarters with stove and other basic amenities – there is no electricity in Utter Inn.
Utter Inn is located one kilometer from the harbor, thus, interested bedspacer needs to take a short boat ride.
